Game: Pull a Sword
Last updated: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Pull a Sword (the “Game”), how it is used, and how you can contact us. The Game is distributed on the Poki platform.

1. Who we are

The Game and its optional game backend (leaderboard / seasons / server time) are operated by the developer of Pull a Sword.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you play, we may process:

We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, postal address, government ID, or payment card details through the Game backend.

3. Why we use this information

4. Our backend (external server)

When PvP / leaderboard / season features are used, the Game may send requests to our server at https://pullaswords.com (including paths such as /leaderboard_pullasword/ and /TimeServer/).

That server stores leaderboard-related records (display name, player id, scores, skin id, season stats) and provides server time for timers. Data is used only for Game functionality described in this policy.

5. Platform and third parties

The Game runs on Poki. Poki may collect and process data according to its own Privacy Policy (available on the Poki website / Privacy Center). We do not control Poki’s independent data practices.

In-game purchases or ads, if any, are handled by the hosting platform and their payment/ad partners — not by our Pull a Sword backend.

6. Leaderboards and public visibility

If you use leaderboards or related social features, your display name and game statistics may be visible to other players. Do not put personal information in your nickname.

7. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience on Poki. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for identification purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Data retention

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR/CCPA where applicable), you may request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold about you related to the Game backend. Contact: denis.khalipov@gmail.com. Please include your in-game display name and, if known, your player/device id.

We do not sell personal information.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures (including HTTPS) to protect data in transit and on the server. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. International transfers

Our servers may be located in a different country than yours. By using backend features, you understand that data may be processed in the country where the server is hosted.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
